How much will my project cost

Resin Wood Tables NZ, can provide an estimate, usually within 2 days of receiving your design concept. However, below is a basic breakdown of the Resin Wood pricing calculations.

• Cost of your selected timber from our current range of native kiln-dried slabs
• Kiln drying if required $100.00 per 3.0x1.5 m slab size
• Mould costs up to $250.00 for moulds up to 3.0x1.5m
• Resin cost that will be discounted from our normal retail price by 10%
• Labour cost for woodworking and basic resin pours $100.00 per hour
• Technical art resin pours like 3D layering $150.00 per hour. 
• Custom Steel Dining table frames are between $600.00 - $1k
• Solid timber designer frames start at $2k upwards for a table 1.8x1.1
• Delivery charges

Typically, a dining table 1800mm x 1100mm on a steel frame of your choice costs between $3,000 and $6,000, which is handcrafted from Swamp Kauri that has been carbon-dated to approximately 55,000 years old. This example varies a lot due to the size of the river, which will increase the volume of resin required.

Using our online tutorials, just as many others have and currently are, building their own dream pieces with my guidance. I will provide you with online support via email, messenger, video, or phone calls, and I will be available to you from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week. In-house training at Resin Wood Tables NZ, Christchurch, where you can craft most of your table yourself using our tools and resin room for a fee.
