takes you on a voyage of discovery into the world of crafting coasters blooming like summer flowers. Blooming coasters have been around for quite a long time and take some practice to master. Blooming allows for personal interpretation and creativity as you craft coasters and other deep-pour objects. Utilise the exceptional quality and value of PassionArt Craft resin to bring your unique vision to life. At Resin Wood Tables NZ, we will craft massive Blooming Coaster concepts in 2026, with tables up to 1200mm in diameter.
What you will need for Blooming Coasters
- PassionArt 1 to 1 Craft resin.
- PassionArt Alcohol ink or alternative.
- Colour Passion Top Cell White.
- Coaster or other moulds.
- Ice-block sticks.
- Silicone Cups
- Resin the piping bag or modify a small bag to do the job.
- Baby wipes or similar.
- Latex gloves
- Passionart Art Tape.
- White Vinegar.
- Mould Release Spray
PassionArt Blooming Coasters Method
- Place your moulds out on a flat, level surface
- Use sticky tape to remove any specs of dust from your moulds.
- Mix your resin as per quantities in this video below.
- Heat your resin naturally while mixing and resting, just as shown in the video by Jenny, to 33c to 36c.
- Mix up your PassionArt Blooming paste as per the video.
- Half-fill or just over that, and put the resin in the moulds.
- Add your alcohol ink as shown.
- Pipe in your PassionArt blooming resin mix.
- Leave to set.
- Mix up your background colour or effects.
- Pour over your cured pieces.
- Wait 24 hours and de-mould.
