You can craft it using Colour Passion products. This creates stunning lacing effects for wave formation that can be done over multiple layers for an actual 3D effect. The other keystone product you will use in your artistic resin art is the Base Cell White, which creates stunning cell effects that penetrate from the lower or mid layers that you typically craft with dirty pouring.
As you will see in the video below, Karren pours the Top Cell White in a thin line along the back of another line of clear resin, even though there is already a layer of clear. This allows the white to glide over the top of the layer below. Let the previous layer tack up a bit, then have the line of clear flow nicely over the top. Once cured, you can repeat the process to craft 3D effects, as seen in the image above. You can mix this up by having a layered effect with the Top Cell White, then a more profound or lighter layer of blue, for example, and another layer of Clear and Colour Passion Top Cell White. Typically, in my big ocean tables, I repeat this process up to ten times to get the desired effect that I am looking for.
