Mixing ratio - The mixing ratio is 2:1 by weight. Always add Part B Hardener to the mixing container first, then add Part A Resin. This ensures that all of the resin molecules come into contact with the hardener molecules

Pot life - The average pot life is 30 - 40 minutes at a room temperature of 23c. If you are mixing in larger volumes than 6 litres or if the room temperature is greater, your resin's pot life will be reduced.

Working time - The working time can be increased if you remove the resin sooner than the allowable pot life. My advice is to use the resin as quickly as you can to avoid flash cures.

Touch dry time - Generally, the touch dry time is up to 24 hours

Full cure time - Fully cured to the degree of being able to handle the finished resin is up to 48 hours, but to be fully cured, this is a process that happens over the weeks to come.

Recommended pouring thickness - I recommend pouring this product over large areas to 5mm in depth. Small castings can be poured up to 20mm deep

Coverage - For the coverage over a table, calculate it at 5mm per square meter for perfect results.

Recommended temperature - Best temp for final coats over tables between 23c and 30c

Shore hardness - The Shore Hardness is between 80D and 85D

UV resistance - The UV factor is custom to Resin Wood Tables NZ with a higher value than other retailers of TC2001
