Ideal for various surfaces, such as crafts, tabletops, metallic floors, and flake floors. This topcoat provides a glossy protective finish, enhancing both appearance and durability. Its clear, smooth layer beautifies while shielding surfaces from damage, making it perfect for projects needing both aesthetic appeal and resilience.

Product Characteristics:

Environmentally friendly hard epoxy resin crystal AB adhesive can be cured at room temperature or by heating, with moderate viscosity, high transparency, no bubbles, strong adhesion, excellent levelling, high hardness after curing, good toughness, no ripples, pits, oil surface, flat, glossy, and anti-yellowing on the surface. 

Physical Properties of The Product:

• Colour - Clear Liquid
• Viscosity of 25C 800-1000mps / 50-100mps
• Storage Period @ 25C is 12 months

Usage Process

• Ratio A-B =100.33(weight ratio)
• Working time @25C 15 minutes for a volume of 10kg per bucket mix
• Curing Conditions is 7 - 8 hours at room temperature or 2 hours cure time at 60 °C
• For ground applications, the ground to be constructed should be kept dry and clean; 
• When using, please check Part A, observe whether there is settlement, and stir Part A evenly if required.
• The quantity according to the ratio, and the weighing is accurate, please remember that the ratio is a weight ratio rather than a volume ratio. After mixing, the A and B parts should be fully stirred evenly to avoid incomplete curing. 
• After mixing, please carry out the construction in time and try to use the mixed solution within the usable time. 
• During curing, keep the environment clean to avoid impurities or dust falling into the uncured coating surface...

Matters Needing Attention

1. Such products should be stored airtight under 25 relative humidity<70%
2. Because this kind of product B agent is easy to absorb water vapour, leading to deterioration, the packaging bucket must be tightly sealed with the cover. 
   3. After mixing, it will begin to solidify gradually, its viscosity will gradually rise, and it will release part of the heat. 
   4, The more the amount of product mixed, the faster the reaction, the faster the curing speed will be, and may be accompanied by the release of a lot of heat, please pay attention to control the allocation of dosage, because due to the accelerated reaction, the use time will be shortened, the mixed resin as far as possible in a short time; 
   5. Use time: refers to the time of the doubling of the viscosity of the mixed resin under the condition of 25 °C, not after the operational time; 
   6, the operation process must wear glasses and other necessary labour protection supplies, and take their own safety protection. 

Surface Treatment Before Construction

Before construction, the foundation surface must be clean, dry, crack-free and relatively rough after treatment. For all new and old concrete floors, the concrete strength must be above C25, and the surface stains and floating soil must be completely removed until the concrete is firm. All loose or contaminated concrete damaged by chemical exposure shall be removed until firm. 
Old painted ground: completely polish and remove loose or incompatible old paint coatings. Exposed concrete surface, or clean, dry, and intact, may not be removed. 
Other surfaces: if the base surface is terrazzo, there may be floor wax on the surface. If it is hardened and wear-resistant, it generally contains a curing agent (wax, petroleum, or acrylic acid). For the construction of epoxy sealing primer on this kind of base surface, the wax and curing agent must be washed with dewaxing water before construction. 
After treatment, the foundation surface must meet the requirements of the national standard GB50212-2002 for the construction and acceptance of building anti-corrosion engineering on concrete substrates. 

The coverage rate of this product is 1.0-2.0kg/m2.

• Ambient temp range 10-35 °C
• Construction is not recommended when the temperature is above 40 °C
• Humidity range of coating environment: 30-85%; When the ambient humidity is higher than 90%, construction is generally not recommended.
• Ventilation conditions: ensure that the construction site is ventilated and dust-free, but there should be no strong wind.
• During construction in places with poor air circulation, please take forced ventilation measures. 
• The coating shall not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stresses until fully cured.

Construction Method

•    Roller/ Trowel/ Squeegee coating: large area construction;
•    Spraying: large area use, filter with filter cloth before construction;
•    Brush coating: It is recommended to use it in a small area, and a soft brush should be used.

Construction Parameters

• Mixing ratio (weight ratio): Component A: B = 3:1. Mix well after mixing. 
• It is better to use a portable electric mixer to mix at a speed of 800r / min for 3 minutes.
• Ready to use, as many as you need.
• Pot life after mixing (26 °C): 30 minutes. The higher the temperature, the shorter the service life after mixing.
• Drying time: surface drying for 4H; Hard drying for 24H.
• Recoating interval: after confirming that the coating is completely dry, the next process construction shall be carried out. Generally, the interval under standard conditions is 24h. 

Note:

• The drying time is measured under standard conditions (23 ± 2 °C, 50% humidity) for reference only. Drying speed varies with temperature and humidity and is also affected by film thickness, ventilation, lower coating, etc. Generally, as the temperature increases, the drying time shortens; as the temperature drops, the drying time lengthens. 

Storage

It must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment shall be dry, cool, and well ventilated, and shall be free of heat and fire sources. The packaging container must be kept closed. The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the production date. 

Transport 

During transportation, ensure the carriage is dry and closed, and the materials are stacked securely. 

Packing Specification 

Component A is 15kg, Component B is 5kg.
Can be packaged according to customer requirements.

Health Safety

Please read the construction instructions and warning signs on the packaging container
carefully before use. 
Use in a well-ventilated environment. Construction is not recommended when the air humidity exceeds 90%. 

The coating contains a small amount of film-forming additives. Please wear protective masks and other protective equipment during construction. Do not inhale paint mist. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse them with water and seek medical treatment immediately. 
Under normal construction conditions, the dry coating is non-toxic. Please feel free to use.
