Crekoat Resinzwood UV001 TDS

Crekoat  Resinzwood Limited UV001 TDS is a one-component UV-curable UV resin made of a modified acrylate with low viscosity and low odour, offering strong adhesion, fast positioning, and fast curing, with ageing resistance. UV001 is usually used for glass products as a colourless transparent resin for handicrafts, etc.

Note:

During operation, pour the product into the mould when the sun is not visible, place it for a while to defoam, and then use a UV lamp to illuminate it. When the mould thickness exceeds 2-3mm, it is recommended to select a type with a radian for the UV lamp for side lighting. The power should be higher, the time shorter, and the product surface smoother.

Storage

1. Store in a cool and dry place, sealed and protected from children.

2.  Before use, please try a small amount first, master the use skills and techniques, and avoid mistakes.

3.  The bonding surface must be kept clean and dry without water, dirt, oil stains, rust, etc.

4.  The glue has a slight smell before curing. It is recommended to wear a mask and pay attention to ventilation during operation and construction. The smell will dissipate in the ventilated environment after the glue is solidified.
